 Stir-Fry Chicken and Vegetables


Ingredients:

  1.  boneless
  2. skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
  3. mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers
  4. broccoli
  5. carrots
  6.  soy sauce
  7. garlic (minced)
  8. ginger (minced)
  9. vegetable oil
  10. salt
  11. pepper.
Stir-Fry Chicken and Vegetables


Instructions:

  1.  Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2.  Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3.  Add chicken strips and cook until browned.
  4.  Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5.  Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6.  Cook for an additional minute. 
  7. Serve with cooked rice or noodles.
