Stir-Fry Chicken and Vegetables
Ingredients:
- boneless
- skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers
- broccoli
- carrots
- soy sauce
- garlic (minced)
- ginger (minced)
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper.
Instructions:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken strips and cook until browned.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional minute.
- Serve with cooked rice or noodles.
