Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- - Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- - Assorted vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and snap peas), sliced
- - Soy sauce
- - Ginger, grated
- - Garlic cloves, minced
- - Vegetable oil
- - Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- - Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- - In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir for a minute until fragrant.
- - Add the sliced vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry until crisp-tender.
- - Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything.
- - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- - Serve the chicken stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles.
