 Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  1. - Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  2. - Assorted vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and snap peas), sliced
  3. - Soy sauce
  4. - Ginger, grated
  5. - Garlic cloves, minced
  6. - Vegetable oil
  7. - Salt and pepper

Chicken Stir-Fry
Instructions:

  1. - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. - Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. - In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir for a minute until fragrant.
  4. - Add the sliced vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry until crisp-tender.
  5. - Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything.
  6. - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. - Serve the chicken stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles.
