Ingredients:

  1. - Chicken breasts or chicken thighs
  2. - Lemon juice
  3. - Fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, or parsley)
  4. - Garlic cloves, minced
  5. - Olive oil
  6. - Salt and pepper

Baked Lemon Herb Chicken


Instructions:

  1. - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. - In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. - Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the lemon mixture over it, ensuring each piece is coated.
  4. - Sprinkle fresh herbs on top of the chicken.
  5. - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  6. - Serve with roasted vegetables or a side salad.
