Asian chicken thighs
I take you on a trip to the plate today with this chicken recipe. This will change you (us) from the trip Kitchen => Living room => Bathroom => Bedroom (and that's if you have at least one T2). It is not that we quickly got around it but a little bit anyway: p. So there, youhou, I'll take you to Asia. We imagine Bangkok, Macao, Hong Kong - if you click on the links in Blue, you will see that I am creating the musical atmosphere at the same time - and we enjoy this preparation. Today it’s me who’s the sparkle in your life.
I only took 3 thighs for 4 because with us that's enough. Yes, I know, my life is fascinating. If you don't have all the ingredients, that's okay. If you don't have fresh ginger, put some powder (ginger, I specify, I say this I say nothing: D) and if you don't have either, force on the garlic. If you don't have lime, add yellow (or a little vinegar or white wine) and if you don't have parsley or cilantro, then don't.
Ingredients :
For 4 people:
- 3 chicken thighs (including drumstick + upper thighs).
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 piece of ginger the size of two garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of Nuoc Mam, the fish sauce. (or a good pinch of salt)
- 1 teaspoon of Sriracha sauce (or a good pinch of Cayenne pepper or Espelette)
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley (or coriander)
Instructions :
- Peel the garlic cloves and ginger and grate everything in a small bowl. Add the lime juice, honey, fish sauce, Sriracha sauce and oil. Mix. Cut the chicken thighs in half (drumstick on one side, upper thigh on the other).
- Put the chicken pieces in a dish (I remove as much skin as possible). Brush the chicken pieces on all their sides with the sauce previously made.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 40 minutes of cooking.
- Right out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped flat-leaf parsley (or coriander) and serve immediately. We went with rice, it was very good.
