Cinnamon pancakes
Ingredients :
- 1 cup (175g) organic self raising flour
- 1 cup (250ml) milk
- 1 free range egg, beaten
- 1 tbs. cinnamon

Instructions :
- Lightly whisk all ingredients together. Heat a small non-stick frying pan, pour in enough batter to coat most of the base and over a medium
- heat cook until bubbles form. Flip and cook until golden on the underside.
Optional:
Serve drizzled with honey.
Tip:
When added to food, cinnamon inhibits bacterial growth and food spoilage, making it a natural food preservative.
