Watermelon and berry salad
Ingredients :
- 4-pound piece seedless watermelon
- 8 ounces strawberries, halved
- 4 ounces fresh blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves

Instructions :
- Using melon baller, cut out watermelon balls.
- Combine watermelon in medium bowl with berries and mint.
Tip:
This fruit salad is delicious and loaded with healthy goodness. Blueberries are full of antioxidants and have beenshown to lower cholesterol. If you don’t have a melon baller, just cut the watermelon into even-sized square chunks.
