Jalapeño cheddar cream cheese

Ingredients :

  1. I- 8 ounce pkg of cream cheese
  2. 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  3. 1/4 cup Finely chopped pickled jalapeños (more if you like spicy!)
Jalapeño Cheddar Cream Cheese

Instructions :

  1. Microwave everything in a covered microwave-safe container 1 minute.
  2. Stir contents if not completely melted give it another 30 seconds. (Stir again).
  3. Refrigerate for an hour.
Add to your favorite toasted bagel, toast or sandwich (in place of mayo)..
