Sausage cheese balls

Ingredients :

  1. 3 cups Original Bisquick  mix
  2. 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  3. 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (1 lb)
  4. ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  5. ½ cup milk
  6. ½ teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  7. 1½ teaspoons chopped fresh parsley or
  8. ½ teaspoon parsley flakes

Prep time: 30 minutes
Start to Finish : 55 minutes
Servings: about 100 appetizers

Instructions :

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, stir all ingredients until well mixed.Shape mixture into 1-inch balls, place in pan.
  3. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Immediately remove from pan.
  4. Serve warm.
